Concrete Grinding

Concrete grinding - Removal and shaping of concrete for varies reason.

The process in which we use concrete grinding machines - (be it hand held or massive 4 head planetary grinders) - for removal of concrete for shaping a foot path, preparation for tiles, grinding to expose stones etc

All our grinders come with shrouds that are used with vac's to keep dust down to a minimum.

The concrete is ground by diamonds placed in segments that are called 'shoes'. These shoes come in different density's for different grades of concrete from soft to hard, plus different corse, very similar to grades of sandpaper.

Grinding can be done on drive ways, large areas for tile prep or anything concrete.

Sealers, resins or epoxy's can the be used to seal and protect the concrete finish.
