Job flow procedure and guarantees

1. CONSULTATION - We discuss your requirements and out line what is possible and not possible. This is the part where all discussion takes place, what is expected and discuss any ideas that you may have.

2. QUOTE - Upon reaching an agreement on what is required, I prepare a quote. This will include all information, expectation and any limitations that may be foreseen to occur depending on the scope of the job.

3. ACCEPTING the QUOTE - This makes sure that we deliver what is expected of us and also what we expect from our clients.

4. TIME LINE / JOB COMMENCING - A detail of the time line is given and all parties are informed to what is needed for the work to be carried out.

5. SIGNING OFF - Once the job is done it is signed off. Making sure we have delivered what is expected of us.

6. PAYMENT - Certain jobs will require progress payments, others will fall under our terms and conditions once the job is completed and every one is happy.
